I was looking forward to the spa. it wasn't what i expected. i booked a massage but the room was small and noisy. We could hear street sounds. also, the breakfast buffet was smaller than described. There were fewer choices than i anticipated, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing.

i enjoyed the fresh fruit juice upon my arrival. the staff were so friendly and cautious, i thought they were very respectful. they asked if i was happy with everything. the beautiful flower arrangement made the room cozy.
i was really excited after i read reviews. my stay were just ok, though. after i had to pay extra i expected a larger room. there was no room to walk.

the location was pretty decent, i guess. it's, like, near some stuff.
oh, the drama! i asked for extra towels, and it was as if i had requested the moon. housekeeping took ages to deliver, and when they finally arrived, they looked suspiciously like dish rags. also, the noise! i could hear everything from the hallway, conversations, slamming doors... sleep was a luxury i apparently couldn't afford.
